Tim is always competitive on price, but what Donnelly Plastic Equipment really brings to the table is the individualized service, Tim's years of experience and attention to details.

For example, last year I needed to downsize the screw/barrel assembly on one of our larger machines. I quoted other large screw & barrel manufacturers, some requiring pages of technical documentation to be completed. All quotes were close on price and delivery, and Donnelly Plastic Equipment got the job.

Because of the distance between our companies, Tim could not personally examine our machine, which gave me some concern.

Regardless, Tim was aware of some of the singularities of our machine which others didn't even discuss, and took full responsibility for the design of the downsized barrel assembly.

Tim came up with a custom barrel design that allows me to standardize on one size heater band, and use a standard screw and tip assembly that will save money when replacement components are required. The screw assembly, barrel & end cap slipped into place without a problem and have been running ever since.

Despite the distance between our companies, Donnelly plastic equipment has never let us down, whether it be overnight shipment of screw tip assemblies or custom-designed screws and barrels.
